My first time using 8Twelve. I was assigned to George. He was very courteous and professional. He guided me with the application process for private mortgage, and was able to get me approval with a B-Lender in just few days of the original application. Could not get an A-Lender to accept my application. I was able to get an A-Lender mortgage on my own. When I informed George that I would not be proceeding with the B-Lender, he was very courteous about it. Even though we did not end up doing business, I was impressed by how George conducted himself professionally. Highly recommend him.
