Mohammad at 8Twelve was incredible. I was having a hard time getting out of a second Mortage I took to complete a renovation, there were many road blocks we encountered , many rejections, but he diligently worked through them all. He had faith we would prevail, and he made sure he came through with an approval. I was ripped off blind by this company. They have me a 14 percent mortgage when I was just trying to survive the pandemic, as I'm self employed. The fees were ridiculous, the rate was insane. And they waited until the last day I could sign to get the paperwork to me. They preyed on me like a viper, leaving me no choice to get out of it early when I made one phone call to another broker at another firm and got 6.99 percent with all the same paperwork. Now I will be forced to sell my home, as I cannot recover from this unscrupulous gouging. Stay away from these unethical people or you will be sorry. If I had the money, I would attempt to sue them for their unscrupulous business practices. If I can make just a few people go elsewhere and get treated fairly when they are down, I will be happy. Do not use these people. You have been warned.
