    What we accept.

    Guest articles

Practical, original mortgage or housing-market writing for our Knowledge Hub. 800-1,500 words, Canadian focus, no thin affiliate content.

    Media and press requests

Journalists looking for commentary on rates, affordability, renewals or lender policy can request an interview with our leadership team.

    Podcasts and webinars

Invite an 8Twelve expert on your show, or co-host a session for your realtor, advisor or member audience.

    Partner co-marketing

Existing partners can submit co-branded campaigns, landing page copy and member communications for review.

    Editorial standards.

We are a licensed brokerage, so everything we publish has to hold up to regulatory scrutiny as well as reader scrutiny.

    • Original content only - nothing published elsewhere, and nothing AI-spun.
    • Canadian mortgage, real estate or personal finance relevance.
    • Accurate, sourced numbers. Rates and program rules must include an as-of date.
    • No rate promises, guarantees of approval, or language that conflicts with FSRA guidelines.
    • One contextual link maximum to a non-competing, reputable resource.
